Golf del Sur Golf Course

Golf del Sur Golf Course offers 27 holes of quality golf on gentle slopes with its special and stand out feature of black sand in the bunkers protecting its large greens.

There is no surprise that this course has hosted numerous PGA events due to offering 3 championship course layouts and with its wide fairways, volcanic black sand bunkers, local flora with pine and cactus trees surrounding.

Golf del Sur was the setting for Britains Karl Woodward`s golf driving distance record of 408 yards months after initially setting the recode at 398 yards.

This is a beautiful golfing location with excellent clubhouse facilities where you can enjoy a drink and a meal while planning your next round.

Amarilla Golf Course

Amarilla Golf Course situated on the southern coast is set over a variety of terrains and offers an enjoyable and challenging round for all level of golfer.

There are some incredible views of Mount Tiede and the Atlantic Ocean, with many balls lost to the sea on the 4th and 5th holes with the fairway becoming a cliff edge.

This course offers golfers of all levels a very attractive round with the variety of holes, beautiful flora and magnificent setting.

Las Americas Golf Course

Las Americas Golf Course is a very enjoyable, challenging and therefore popular course with its fantastic location on the south of the island.

Situated between Playa de las Americas (one of the most popular tourist resorts with beautiful beaches) and Los Christianos the course is positioned on the gentle slopes of the range of hills which acts as a shelter from any coastal winds.

The course is interesting and varied with wide open fairways and a group of lakes and water filled ravines offering a challenge to your golfing skills.

The Las Americas Club house is well situated by tees and greens and is both architecturally beautiful and also situated in an outstanding area of beauty. This is a great club house for the after round drinks or even before!

Costa Adeje Golf Course

Costa Adeje Golf Course is an attractive course surrounded by extensive banana plantations and looking across to the beautiful island of La Gomera.

Pepe Gancedo has used the natural terrain in the design of this course (as he always does), and has restored and used the stone walls of the agricultural terracing to become a feature on all the holes of the course.

This is a top class championship course with the 2003 Spanish open being held and enjoyed here.
There are 27 holes with wide fairways and greens but lakes, gorges and bunkers positioned to protect and trap.

The clubhouse with its large terraces is very spacious and an enjoyable atmosphere for a drink or a meal after your round.

Abama Golf Course

Abama Golf course is a relatively new course set in the most natural surroundings and offering an enjoyable challenge on its varied terrain.

Abama course travels through hundreds of palm trees and cacti and an abundance of sub tropical plants and lush vegetation.

There are over 20 lakes along the course joined by streams and waterfalls and its terrain reaches heights of 315 metres above sea level.

With its situation in the south west on the foothills of mount Tiede this course offers spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and the island of Gomera.

This is a new and modern course with an exceptional club house, golf academy with a driving range and practice area and putting green.

Tenerife North Golf Courses

Buenavista Golf Course

Buenavista golf course is designed by Seve Ballesteros and is situated in the north West of the island near Teno surrounded by the Teno mountain range with views of the Atalantic Ocean.

Buenavista has been designed to challenge with the back nine being closest to the sea and many shots give the appearance of playing straight into the sea and a breeze giving an extra challenge.

The contours of the landscape are used for the fairways and 5 of the evenly spit par 3, 4 and 5 holes are close to the small cliffs of the rocky coastline with the breaking waves creating a beautiful and dramatic sight.

The club house has some fantastic views of the course and the Atlantic Ocean and is a great place to relax.

Real club de Tenerife Golf Course

Real club de Tenerife Golf Course is situated in the north of Tenerife.

It was founded in 1932 and is the oldest course on the island and the second oldest in Spain.

This course is 600 metres above sea level with Mount Tiede as its backdrop and is surrounded by mature trees and some breathtaking views.

This is a rolling course with steep cliffs and many of the holes with dry streambeds coming into play making precision play often important.

It is an established and enjoyable course which has a comfortable clubhouse with good facilities to relax after the round.
